What we look at
- Descriptions: whether the short and full descriptions honestly state what the game is, how long a session takes, and who it suits.
- Screenshots and graphics: whether the order moves from “what this is” to “how it plays”, the way a good rulebook does.
- Consistency: whether the store page, in-app text, and website use the same names and wording.
- Policy links: whether the privacy policy URL, support URL, and contact email work and match.
What you receive
- Draft store copy (short and full descriptions).
- A screenshot plan: order, the one point each image makes, and captions.
- A pre-release checklist: links, contact details, and the information needed for the content rating questionnaire and the data safety section.
What this does not include
- Submitting, managing, or renting developer accounts; submissions are made by the account holder.
- Any promise about review outcomes or release dates.
Questions
- Can you guarantee an app will pass review?
- No, and no one should promise that. We help make your materials accurate, consistent, and in line with published store policies. The store makes the review decision.
- Do you fill in the data safety form for us?
- No. We list the questions you will need to answer and the information to collect from your development team. The account holder completes the form based on how the app actually behaves.
